International Folk Festival

Every year, the Arts Council of Fayetteville/Cumberland County proudly hosts the International Folk Festival in downtown Fayetteville. Now in its 47th year, this vibrant festival brings our community together and showcases the rich diversity of our region through the spectacular Parade of Nations, world-class performing artists, international cuisine, arts and crafts vendors, and a dedicated kids’ area designed to inspire the next generation through creative expression.

The 47th International Folk Festival will kick off with the Parade of Nations on the morning of Saturday, September 27. All-day activities will follow in Festival Park and the surrounding areas of downtown Fayetteville. The festivities will culminate with a jazz concert on the main stage in Festival Park Saturday evening.
