Weekend Game Host-Black Ops Paintball

Black Ops Paintball is seeking energetic and dependable Game Hosts to support daily field operations. Game Hosts play a key role in creating a safe, fun, and well-organized experience for our guests by officiating paintball and airsoft games, facilitating group events, and assisting with end-of-day cleanup and field maintenance.

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, staying active, and being part of a fast-paced recreational environment. No prior paintball or airsoft experience is required—paid training is provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Officiate paintball and airsoft games to ensure safe and fair play

• Clearly explain game rules, safety procedures, and equipment use to guests

• Facilitate birthday parties, group outings, and special events

• Monitor player conduct and enforce field rules professionally

• Provide excellent customer service to players of all ages and experience levels

• Assist with field reset, equipment organization, and cleanup at the end of the day

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

• Comfortable enforcing rules and maintaining a safe environment

• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

• Prior paintball or airsoft knowledge is a plus, but not required
