Juvenile Crime Prevention Council Issues Request for Proposals for At-Risk Youth Programs

The Cumberland County Juvenile Crime Prevention Council (JCPC) has issued a Request for Proposals (RFPs) for prevention and early intervention programs targeting delinquent and at-risk youth. These programs are funded for fiscal year 2026-2027 and begin July 1, 2026. Organizations and service providers interested in addressing juvenile delinquency and promoting positive youth development are encouraged to submit their proposals.
